Turnaround

Our typical turnaround time is 10 to 15 business days. Some orders may take longer. Turnaround time begins when your payment has been paid in full and proof approval has been received. PB&J Screen Printing will not be responsible for missed deadlines due to weather conditions, power interruptions, back-orders or errors from distributors, shipping errors or anything else outside our control. If we expect or foresee any problems, we will inform you of the problem and work with you to reach a solution.

Right of Refusal

PB&J reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason without explanation and will not print anything we deem hateful, libelous, indecent, or otherwise objectionable.

Artwork

Artwork not in print-ready format is subject to a prep fee of $25 per hour. We will not be responsible for any errors in the artwork after the final proof is approved.

Artwork Ownership

We will never reproduce your artwork without your consent. Additionally, we will not reproduce anyone else’s intellectual, copyrighted or trademarked property without the rightful owner’s consent.

By submitting any artwork, you agree that you have full permission for use and reproduction. PB&J Screen Printing will not be held responsible for any illegal wrong doings. We do not support copyright and/or licensing infringement.

Payment

We require full up-front payment on every order to ensure quick printing and delivery.

Social Media

As an aid to future customers, we often take photos and/or videos during and after production. We post this digital media to our own site and sites like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. If you do not want your product to be shared, please let us know when placing your order.

Supply Chain

Unfortunately, the supply of apparel can vary widely from day to day for factors that are outside of our control. We will notify you immediately of any alterations needed due to these unforeseen circumstances.

Print Sizes

Unless otherwise specified, all images will be printed the same size on the garment regardless of the size of the garment. If, however, you would like differing image sizes for different garment sizes, we will charge a $25 fee per size alteration.

Printing Over Zippers

As a small print company, we do not have the ability to print over zippers while ensuring quality that meets our standards. We are happy to direct you to printers who can handle such orders.

Care Instructions

Unless otherwise specified, we recommend machine washing your apparel in cold water and machine drying on low heat.

You should expect a small amount of garment fading and print cracking over time. This is normal wear and not a defect in the printing process.

Placement

Although we aim for extremely consistent placement, a 1/2″ allowance in any direction of the proofed location is considered acceptable. PB&J Screen Printing will not be responsible for print location variances within the 1/2″ allotment.

Color Matching

We cannot guarantee an exact color match on reorders. Due to the unreliability of matching fabric colors and ink colors via digital screen, we cannot guarantee an exact color to a digital screen. We do not print physical proofs.

Manufacturer Defects

PB&J Screen Printing will not be held responsible for manufacturer defects such as mislabeled sizes, color inconsistencies, re-dyes resulting in discolored discharge prints, loose stitching, and other garment defects. We inspect each shirt while printing but cannot guarantee the quality of each garment. If exact numbers are required, we highly recommend ordering 5% extra of each size.

Customer Supplied Goods

We happily print on customer supplied goods if the customer fully accepts the risk that items can be ruined, destroyed, or misprinted.

Look and Feel

PB&J Screen Printing will not be responsible for the look, fit, and/or feel of garment and/or the artwork printed on it. Although we are happy to help you in your decision-making process, customers bear the responsibility for these subjective qualities.

Print Guarantee

Please notify us of any problems within 48 hours of delivery. If the mistake is ours as agreed upon in the emailed proof approval and falls outside these terms & conditions, we will reprint your order within 10 business days. We will not be responsible for errors found after 48 hours or errors completed by the customer. We do not offer refunds.

Pricing

PB&J Screen Printing reserves the right to alter pricing at any time and without notice.

Shipping

PB&J Screen Printing ships via USPS. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number within 24 hours. PB&J Screen Printing is not responsible for transit time estimates, undeliverable addresses, shipping errors, bad weather or other problems with transit. Transit time is not included in turnaround time. Please account for transit time when placing your order. Shipping expenses will be a separate line-item in the final fee. Shipping insurance is always available but will not be included in the quote unless otherwise requested. PB&J assumes no responsibility for goods once shipped.

Cancellation

Once payment has been received, orders cannot be cancelled unless supply chain issues preclude its execution.

Returned Checks

There is a $50 charge for all returned checks.
